King-George Management Holding Corp. was officially formed on October 10, 2023, marking a strategic transition from its predecessor, BitJet Corp., a Florida-based nonprofit organization. This move reflects a renewed vision for growth, sustainability, and long-term value creation through a for-profit structure.
Originally operating as BitJet Corp., the organization served as a nonprofit until May 15, 2023, when it concluded its charitable designation. In line with its evolving mission, the company formally converted into a for-profit entity and registered 25 million shares, with no par value, with the Florida Department of Corporations.
This transformation was guided by a commitment to transparency and responsible stewardship. Historical records—including donation history, inventories, and financial summaries—remain publicly accessible as of the transition date. All donations made prior to May 15, 2023, are still recognized as valid charitable contributions.
Although BitJet Corp. was only required to file a Form 990-N, the company has voluntarily provided enhanced financial documentation, including simulated Form 990 filings and detailed statements of assets, liabilities, income, and cash flow. This information was prepared in collaboration with Cadmus Wealth Management LLC to ensure clarity and accountability for all stakeholders.

History of KGMHC
The modern King-George Management Holding Corp. began initially in April of 2020 as a non-profit called BitJet Corp.
BitJet Corp specialized in providing funding to students and student organizations through targeted endowment funds and strategic management. In short form, we helped raise, manage, and disperse funds to students and student groups through different scholarships and funds.
Due to a clerical error, after three years of relentless non-profit work, BitJet Corp. lost it's charity status. As a result, BitJet Corp. was converted into a for-profit corporation.
BitJet was forced to close each endowment fund, and begin a new approach to the next phase-of-life for the corporation as a whole. With the knowledge and network to continue, a new commitment was formed.
Each endowment fund BitJet Corp. managed to gave way to a new approach to the business as a whole.
"[The] Advanced Manufacturing Endowment Fund (AMEF) provides funding and scholarships for students and visionaries who are pushing the bleeding edge of the technology world to create new products in the fields of Advancing Manufacturing such as CNC machining and 3D printing."
"The Future Success Scholarship is a open-ended scholarship fund for applicants from all-backgrounds to find a place of solace during difficult and trying times. Funding will be provided upon availability."
With the technology and software that had been developed to manage and provide funding growth for the endowment funds and scholarships, the uniquely developed software packages, Bit and Jet, were used instead to directly manage and efficiently grow businesses across different industries, giving birth to King-George Management Holding Corp.
King-George Management came out of BitJet Corp. to own and operate companies in different industries, capturing market share, and providing consistent growth and returns for shareholders.
